Like a Khan

Salman Khan to go the Ghajini way… and no, he isn’t headed to the barber’s shop Aamir Khan has a new student in Salman Khan courtesy Ghajini’s sensational marketing strategy. Salman was so impressed with Aamir’s marketing and promotion techniques that he wants to promote his forthcoming film Wanted: Dead or Alive in a similar manner. Our source close to Salman said, “Salman liked the way Aamir went about promoting Ghajini. Salman was particularly impressed with the multiplex staffers sporting the Ghajini hair-cut. He told producer Boney Kapoor that he was open to discussions with the creative team, so as to make the promotions as unique as possible.”To be on par with Shah Rukh Khan’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Aamir Khan’s Ghajini last year Salman was available for the media like never before for Yuvvraaj. Our source added. “Salman realised the way in which his presence in print and electronic media could help boost the prospects of a film at the box-office. He also saw how Aamir had gone out of his way to talk about Ghajini with the press. Salman now does not want to leave any stone unturned for Wanted.” Boney Kapoor said, “Salman is going to play a major role throughout the film’s promotion. We have prepared a huge set for Salman’s photoshoot for the film.”
